From August 24 to 28, the Anhui Provincial Department of Emergency Management and the Party School of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee (Anhui Academy of Governance) jointly held a national video training class on the implementation of corporate primary responsibility for work safety by chemical enterprises (Anhui sub-venue). Mr. Li, Plant Director of Anhui Poly Pharm, participated in the training and systematically studied the latest policy requirements and management practices for work safety.

At present, work safety regulatory intensity continues to increase and standards are becoming increasingly stringent. Enterprises must firmly establish a "red line awareness" and must not harbor any mentality of taking chances or slackening their vigilance. Safety is the lifeline of enterprise development and must be given overriding priority and addressed persistently.
Special operations and inspection and maintenance operations are key areas prone to accidents in chemical enterprises. The work permit approval system must be strictly implemented, and full-process risk control must be carried out. In accordance with the training requirements, weak links must be comprehensively reviewed, inspection frequency increased, and rigid implementation of systems ensured.
Contractors are an important part of safety management. Contractors must be integrated into the company's safety management system for unified management, with strict full-process control covering qualification review, safety disclosure, process supervision, and performance evaluation, eliminating the phenomena of "substituting contracting for management" and "contracting without managing."
Intelligent safety management platforms and systems must be fully utilized to achieve real-time risk monitoring, timely early warning response, and interconnected data through digital means, so that "human defense + technical defense" work in tandem to improve the enterprise's intrinsic safety from the source.
