In-depth root cause analysis was conducted for equipment failures, and continuous efforts were made to advance institutional improvements and the development of a preventive maintenance system. In the first half of the year, the division's skilled personnel training achieved notable results, providing strong support for the efficient and stable operation of equipment.

Meeting Conclusion
In his summary, Plant Director Li emphasized that in the first half of the year, all departments tackled difficulties head-on, closely focusing on production and operation goals, and achieved phased results in various areas of work. However, objectively speaking, we still face considerable pressure, and there is still obvious room for improvement in production efficiency, internal coordination, and refined management. Plant Director Li required all employees to strengthen their overall awareness, unite as one, and go all out to sprint toward the annual targets and tasks, driving the company's overall operating situation to continue improving.
