Under the warm winter sun and with clear, pleasant skies, on November 15, 2025, Anhui Poly successfully hosted its "Unite and Strive, Journey Together in Joy" team building event at the foot of the scenic Yangqiao Mountain in Anqing. The event was uniquely designed to invite some employees' family members to participate, deepening team camaraderie through a series of fun, interactive activities — bringing everyone together to regroup and set off anew!
The event kicked off with the delightful ice-breaking game "How Many Peach Blossoms Bloom." At the host's call, everyone quickly sought out partners to form "petals." The scene instantly broke through any reserve, with laughter and cheers rising one after another. Through running and hugging, everyone quickly blended into the collective spirit.
The "Blindfolded Guidance" game that followed was a test of trust and tacit understanding. The "guides" had to use clear verbal instructions to lead their blindfolded partners safely through the obstacles.
In that moment, the care they usually kept hidden deep inside found expression in simple yet steady commands — "one step to the left," "mind your step." The bond of trust between team members was quietly reinforced through the game.
The atmosphere reached its climax during the "two-team balloon stomp" segment. Everyone transformed into "warriors," cleverly trying to stomp on the opposing team's balloons while protecting their own. Inside the arena, the "battle" was fierce, with cheers and screams interwoven; outside the arena, chants of encouragement and laughter merged into one. This passionate competition not only released stress but also vividly showcased the team's vitality and fighting spirit.
The finale of the event was a unique "storytelling contest." Members of the two teams took turns continuing the same story. The most special judges were none other than the children who attended. With their purest perspectives, they cast their precious votes for the story they found most wonderful. This segment not only showcased the employees' talents but also symbolized the company's flourishing future, shining brightly in the children's clear eyes.
After the joyful competition segment concluded, the Anhui Poly factory director, in the presence of the family members, presented awards to the teams and individuals who had performed outstandingly in the games, and gave small gifts to each of the children. The venue was filled with warmth and affection.
